I added one more truck to my fleet when i checked into fuel cards before most said you had to have 3 trucks or more looking for a card i can use for oil, tires, fuel or what ever the truck needs with out the driver having to call me every time he needs something with a limit ware the driver dont go crazy on me
I been thinking about the Truckers Advantage fuel card by fleet one. In the fuel directory list it says you get 2 cents off at the pump.I will assume this will be from the cash price right?

I've got the same card. It seems many places I go to, there's no discount (my luck), but I have been to some where it is a discount, and yes, it was off the cash price. My card is connected to my business account and they take their funds from it once per week. I've learned also that I can get the cash price at many places by using my company debit card instead of the Fleet One card. YMMV of course.

I would assume so. Thats the card I have been thinking about using. I think you pay cash price then at end of month you get a rebate check or credit to your account for total gallons purchased. Thats when you get the two cents per gallon I think but dont know for sure.

I've never received any rebate check. I usually see the discount on my receipt.
larry2903 Thanks this. -
Fleet one is excellant, I had it. But, remember, you only get 1 weeks worth of credit and it comes out of your checking/savings account, but you do get to decide which day of the week for them to take it. I had a $2000 credit line and could hook up to some cash advance system if I wanted to, so that might work for your drivers needing $$$ on the road.

is the Truckers Advantage just like a visa or will it limit you to what you can buy i dont want the driver geting cokes and chips and do you have to put in the miles and truck number?
Do you get a card statement at the end of the month? -
I just seen fleet one and theTruckers Advantage on the same page are thay the same card?:smt102

Same product, same company. You get no monthly statement in the mail. You get one emailed to you at the end of every week (day you specify) showing that week's activity. If no activity, not statement. When you sign up for the card, you can have them require all that info from your driver such as driver ID, truck and trailer numbers, mileage, hub miles and trip number. You can also tell them to allow other purchases as well, but remember, it comes out of your bank account once per week.
Since it's just me, I only require a driver ID number and truck /trailer numbers.
