    Ahhhh....If it were only that simple!

    You arrive at the scene and find that:

    He/she/it was doing 90+ and weaving in and out of traffic and crashed....

    OR

    He/she/it was doing an 80 MPH wheelie on their motorcycle....

    OR

    He/she/it was texting and missed a curve and ran off the road and crashed...

    So, You just pack up your stuff and head for the barn...Darwinism takes over and another moron is gone from the gene pool!
