The place to look for evidence of photoshopping is along the edges of objects. A bitmap inserted into any field is composed of pixels - if something was inserted then it had to be cut and placed into the frame. Those pixels will show up as a ragged edge under high magnification. There are software tools that are available to look for this sort of artifact.

Looks real to me:
![[IMG]](proxy.php?image=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.waynet.org%2Fwaynet%2Fspotlight%2F2001%2Fimages%2F08%2Fsmileytruck-north8th640.jpg&hash=522e7f1f3a32ed9b565ba16a6f4ffeae)
If the pole was hit at the bottom by the bumper it would throw the bottom forward allowing it to lay exactly as it is(or it was moved to take out of street)...That photo was not photoshop'd in any way, stick to trucking and stay away from accident scene investigating...

So.....that proves it! Werner is the worst!
-
Yep, it's real. Accident was in 2001. Read the full account here.
Google Maps overhead of the accident scene, even has an unwrinkled truck in the intersection for scale. How convenient.
