Just wondering if any Swifter's have a recommendation for BBQ joints in the Memphis area.
10best.com likes "The Bar-B-Q Shop", but that's way on the other side of Memphis.
Cozy Corner looks to be much closer, also highly rated.
No way I'm going to Memphis for 3 weeks and not sample the cuisine!

Yeah, get out and enjoy the town on weekends. Beale Street is where it's happening. Memphis has some rough neighborhoods. So be smart where you go.
When you get on the road, far from the best, but over at the W. Memphis truck stops, you'll hear the BarBQ Man on the CB. $10 for a plate dinner and he brings it to you. It's better than what any of them truck stops can offer. -
look up diners drive inns and dives.. they have map were guy eats....always good food!!!!!

The good thing about Memphis is that you can go to pretty much any barbq shack in town and the worst you can find is still going to be good.Memphis is famous for a few things and really really good at one and that one thing is Bar B Q.

Marlowes! They will even send a pink Cadillac limo to get you. Sometimes the hotels have menus. Bring that in you get 10% off.
Artbroken Thanks this. -
