Husker do you guys out of the midwest run the west coast? I talked to Tim the recruiter at the waynesboro terminal and he said the farthest west those guys run is nebraska, kansas and the dakotas but he didn't mention anything about the midwest drivers. What lanes do you guys typically run?
-
maverick a typical week brings in $680 to $800 a week and plus every two weeks if you keep the idle down and dont run over 65 mph for 5% of the time your driving you'll get around 150 to 180 bucks every two weeks plus if you don't have no chargeable cargo claims against you and had a safe 6 months you'll get an check for 1% percent of the amount of miles your ran for these 6 months as in 60,000 safe miles will get you 600 bucks....
and jellybean those guys in the midwest i believe usually run up the northwest and Utah, Arizona and Cail, but i think its a straight lane to the northwest, he'll correct me if im wrong -
That's my understanding about the west coast and mainly mid-west based driver's. So I was in Sheldon all day long yesterday having my Qualcomm looked at and at the end of the day they put me in another truck
so they can have more time to look at it? Yo never know how much stuff you have until you change trucks, anyway picked up a load this am bound for Jarrett Va on Monday am. Be safe.

Any van wyk's up in jersey?
-
Husker and hawkjr thanks for the info. Will talk to recruiter tomorrow and see what happens.

I'm actually going to be in Elizabeth, NJ on Wednesday afternoon. The west coast runs are kinda hit and miss. It is a heck of a lot easier to get a load out there this time a year compared to the Spring & Summer when all the Rambo who didn't go out there all winter long gobble up those runs.
-
I mean do they hire worker's from NJ is what i was meaning to state. Sorry about the confusion. Is there a pet policy there? How about passenger's?
-
Thanks for the responses guys be safe out there
-
I'm pretty sure that they would hire out of New Jersey since that is a main part of our running lane. Unfortunately we do not allow pets in the trucks.
