Product Distribution Company

Just getting Started with Product Distribution Company in Louisville KY.
So far it seem like the company for me. Very small fleet pulls for GE out of Louisville to various distribution points. We operate within a 350 mile radius of Louisville. Pretty much just head out with our load 23:00-01:00, deliver, and backhaul to Louisville. We operate on a wheel dispatch system, so as we come in of a morning, that order is our spot in line for dispatch. Very nice because the dispatcher calls us in AM and reads us the loads available and their destination, then we choose the one we want. Its always nice to be at or near the top of the list so to have a bigger choice. We have very cheap insurance. Premium for family is only $60.00 week. I think that might be a union thing. We are Teamsters. Also reassures me that they are a stand up company, because even tho they are union, they have never had a grievance. All tractors leased thru Penske so maintence is not a issue. I really think I am gonna like this job.
