    Not like anyone would enforce the law anyway, nobody is enforcing the anti texting laws, from what I see in the GTA everybody is still texting and driving as much as always,

    I don't like the idea of these kinds of laws, it seems like they keep trying to take away every little freedom we have,

    I guess if civilians can't use CB/2 way radios than the police will have to give up their 2 ways as well.

    There are always provisions in place to allow law enforcement to use it, as it's part of performing their job.
