The BMC-85 agent for that broker is Pacific Financial.

You should file an online claim as soon as possible, before the trust fund is exhausted:
    http://www.fedservicecorp.com/claimform.htm

And, it would be a good idea to read the FAQ:
    http://www.fedservicecorp.com/qa_new.htm

This broker has flipped bond companies 3 times in the last 2 years, and had their authority revoked in 2008. Should have been COD at
    the consignee dock!

This is the type of people brokering military freight now or should I say getting the loads from Menlo and passing the load off to a O/O then vanish... :biggrin_2554:

When Menlo took over the logistics for most of the military freight I never saw soo many trucking companies I've never heard of before lining up to haul military freight. There were obvious Non-American drivers hauling it :biggrin_2555:!! Trucks that were falling apart.., & generaly a LOT of fly by night guys grabbing up loads and shutteling loads around, offloading, reloading, putting their own loads together not careing if the load was suppose to be exclusive use.. ect..
(Yes, I witnessed this personaly.. 1 company I saw was offloading Humvees from flatbeds and putting them on hotshots w/ car trailers.. That's NOT the way the gov't shipped it or what the gov't paid for).

This isn't quite what was asked here but it struck a nerve with me after reading it? I felt like getting this off my chest to see if anyone else has noticed this practice but me?

Did you ask any pertinent questions when you spoke with the bonding agent/company?
