NEW vs. OLD .... HOS rules ????

    As I understand it, the 10 or 11 driving window is still up for debate. FMSCA does agree that it is set up more for the day time driver. They did add a new half hour break after seven hours driving. Restart time is still alittle confusing, have to do the math. 168 hours interim required, I believe, prior to the beginning of the last restart taken??!! 16 hour window mentioned, but with attachments. One document on FMSCA says no change for otr but regional drivers only-sooo!!! Federal Register has published HOS and reasonings why.
