    Just wondering what's pay like now and how consistent is the loads ? what's the miles like per week ? I worked with Prime back in 07

    i was working for prme during the summer... I left due to hometime, and i now work for company that i get home every weekend.. But prime starts u out at 30cents per mile.. And the loads are pretty consistent if u and ur dispatcher are on good terms...

    im a student driver they both hire grads i graduated 4months ago will i need to be retrainied or will the company do that in th 4 ~ 8 week training period i would like to be home weekends but will work w/e my work history is practicly nonexistant i basically will take any route i just dont want to go really far etc coast to coast
