yeah but times have changed....what might have been somewhat forgiving back then may not be now...

well then, you are guilty by association......still a hard one to shrug off.

talk with a lawyer, there may be a slight (very slight) chance of getting your record expunged...but this MUST BE DONE long before you even apply for a CDL permit...once you get that permit, you are locked in with that record.....

and find new friends.....those others will bring you trouble once you start driving....especially if you "walk in" on another such situation, then your company gets wind of that.....

well the record is locked, it cannot be expunged. you will have to pound the pavement, go online, make up some fresh well written resumes` and send them out... just keep trying, and focus on smaller companies or construction.
