I looked at mounting the disc, but all my dash surfaces are curved. I drive a straight truck. I will try cleaning with the wipes when I get a chance.
    Thanks guys

I am headed from Lexington KY to Roanoke VA. I am on I-64E/I-77S and the interstate splits with I-77S to the right and I-64E to the left. The gps has me listed as staying on 64 east (to the left) with no exit notes to stay on or other-wise. The red line on the map shows bearing right on to 77s (which is the correct route). Both 77 and 64 intersect with I-81 with Roanoke being between the 2, but it is confusing on the gps.

    Brian,
The 7700 repeatedly warns of a 38' length limit the entire length of I-40 in California. There is no such restriction posted on this interstate...

I never noticed that on mine. I was there once with the 7700.

I'm not sure what may have happened. I ran a simulation and the 7700 correctly advised to stay to the right onto I-77S. The turn list showed I-64E to I-77S to I-81N. I cannot find a problem!

Here's more examples of the same or a very similar problem. In both cases the correct route was to remain on I-10.

Driving east on I-10 in western TX. Coming up to the junction where I-20 originates, the 7700 correctly identifed the junction and used lane assist to guide me correctly to stay on I-10.

However, driving east (same direction) on I-10 in New Mexico near Las Cruses where I-25 originates, the 7700 ignored the intersection and didn't provide lane assist, so I had to figure out for myself which fork to take to stay on I-10.

Completely different behaviors in two identical situations.

Trying to get from Beckley WV to 657 Brigham RD Greensboro NC was a pain. I found out 2 reasons why. I had to switch to an 11,000lb truck 11' high. The truck restrictions kept kicking in!

    1. When you get off exit 16 you get a warning about a 13'3" bridge. It is really 13'10" as marked by the highway dept. This is West Market St.

Then from there to 1025 Howard St. there is a 48ft trailer restriction that keeps showing up.

I had the same problem getting from Howard St. to the Greensboro T/A in Whitsell NC. The 48ft restriction.

I tried running a route from Beckley to 657 Brigham Rd, using a 70,000lb truck 13'6" high. No problem. My 7700 did not take exit 16, it took exit 210 from I40. But it did route. I suspect that you wanted the 7700 to take exit 16, and you had to juggle things in order to get it. Perhaps we have the bridge height wrong and that's why the 7700 did not take that exit, but what if it was right and you drove under a low bridge?? Please be careful...

In the meantime, I will have our engineers investigate the bridge and also the 48' restriction.
