I'm gonna buy an old freighshaker an lease it out to a new driver every 3 months! It's better than hitting the lottery! It's a sure thing! And perfectly legal!

You would have to be credit worthy in order to make that happen! :biggrin_25513: :biggrin_25513:

That. 41 a mile depends on the load. The good loads that pay that are usually hot loads and end up on the priority trucks (which are company)the average fuel charge here to a east bound load is. 35 you will never go west...they don't. Know what the Mississippi is. Our lease trucks suck there all internationals and have had 20 people im them. And most r old company flatbed trucks. There might be one kenworth t600 right now and if the last two numbers are 51 or 58 you don't want it. But that's just my two cents.9 out of 10 lease drivers don't last more than 6 months

It never ceases to amaze me, that people with poor credit, for whatever reason, think leasing a truck is going to solve all their problems. Instead of taking, it slowly, and rebuilding their credit, theyjump in feet first, get in over their heads with repairs, fuel payments, insurance, with nothing to fall back on, and then wonder why they fail.

And the criminals at these trucking companies are completely aware of that fact. What's worse, there's always 50 idiots willing to do it! I'll never understand what motivates these people.

Jumping in feet first would be safe, most jump head first into the shallow end.
