Really! As in you can look at a map and figure out if it has more twists and turns than the other route! sure guy - you nailed it right on the head!

A real driver would not have any issue with a few twists and turns. Why not just take the route your company gave you? I work for a small company with 10 trucks and they even give the route they want you taking on the way home. If no route, check your atlas, take most direct Truck Route, check weather on "weather under ground", check traffic and detours on 511. Taking different roads will help you build some valuable experience. Not being a hard ###,...... just being realistic, its part of being a professional. I have a Rand Mac 700 myself and love it, take my word.....do not rely on this tool for routing as a new interstate driver, dont leave on a trip with out looking at the old paper atlas or you will be in world of hurt in no time. It just a tool

maybe he can only drive on flat roads....hes spending more time worried about what route to take..good god..hang up your keys newbie!!!!

Its funny that super truckers like you think its smart to take things as they come rather than prepare and be ready. I like to work smart, not bust my hump when I dont have to. Newbie? been around long enough to know better!
Thanks for playing
