    Thats a funny post:yes2557: but I have to say that if you think you need to be further compensated to get over a snowy pass with chains or else you will sit. Then you are a prime reason why my miles seemed to have always stayed steady in the winter while others walked around all winter complaining about miles. You can't do the job, then you don't get picked to do the job. It that simple.

    Hanging iron in the winter is part of the job here in the NW so if you are squeamish about it just stay in the SE somewhere.

    I could really care less if you chain or not until someone claims they don't chain because it is not safe to do so or only super truckers or billy bobs do it. That is just pure bull or it would be banned. Scared, lazy, uninformed? take your pick, but not chaining has nothing to do with safety. Chaining IS for Safety. do you savvy?

    Lordy! Excellent Photo. They used to call them "Dollar Down" on the CB. Think about 85 they got in trouble because of the riff raff way they operated. They and other truck schools caused student loans to be forbidden forever for trucking ever again. Well the truck schools did start using the student loans again 10-12 years later tho

    Hey dollar down you missed me ( - ;
