You are really hurting yourself if you lie on your app! These companies do very extensive background checks. Plus they may not catch you today or tomorrow or in a week or so but they will. A few months down the road you will get a message to come to the yard and that's it! I have seen it happen more than once! It happens to half the class of an orientation! I feel bad but its sometimes comical!

In california expungement means your plea is changed to not guilty and the case is dismissed. (im pretty much an expert on california expungement, cert. of re habilitation and governor pardon procedures) Schneiders application even says to answer no if previous convictions have been expunged pursuant PC 1203.4.

There is no need for them to say that cuz if you have your expungements you already know you can answer NO.

juvenile records would probably only be reviewed if you were applying for law enforcement jobs. Even then you could probably still become a cop.

Adults with misdemeanors can become police officers. Not a felony though.
    youre ok.

OMD I highly doubt that is going to effect you. Especially non-felonies. You should be fine.

OK, I reckon it's time I fess up. I really am a bad guy. Been down to the pokey briefly in a little Ga. town outside Ft. Stewart, Ga. back in 1983. It all started when I was serving at Ft. Stewart as a 13Bravo in the 24th infantry division. I already had a wife and an infant child so we lived off-post in this small Ga. town. Well trust me, it didn't take long to find out that the local people viewed soldiers as the scum of the earth. We were cold shouldered everywhere we went in that little town. So it's the heat of the summer and while I'm out jogging every other day, I kept noticing just how enticing that community pool was that the local folks used everyday. Knowing full well I wouldn't be welcome there it just kinda stuck in my craw. So one very hot night I got this bright idea to sneak down to that community pool and take a dip. Well I guess they must of had the place staked out 'cause I hadn't been in 2 minutes when the town deputy pulled up with the lights flashing and her spotlight. Unfortunately I couldn't hold my breath under the water forever so off to the pokey we went. After finger printing me she let me go but said I would be getting a summons to appear in court and may be charged with tresspassing and vandalism. But honestly all I did was take a quick dip in the pool. So a few days later I got the summons to appear on a Wednesday evening at the courthouse. When I got there to my surprise just about the whole town had shown up and I coulda swore I saw somebody in the back with a rope.:biggrin_2555: I thought I was a goner for sure. Well they immediately called me up in front of the judge and the judge says: "Boy what were you thinking jumpin' in the community pool after hours". I said "Your honor, I just didn't think the folks would approve of me going down to the pool and it was just so hot I couldn't help myself." The judge says "Well we've had alot of vandalism down there at that pool and these folks would like to see me make an example of you and you'd be facing charges of tresspassing, vandalism, and criminal mischief. But since our deputy saw you enter the pool and just jump in, I guess all I can smack you with is just loitering. That'll be a $35.00 fine cash only. Pay on your way out." Turns out the locals play bingo down at the courthouse on Wednesday Nights. I'm such a bad boy!

    I was just there recently!
Went a whole 26 miles from there to my delivery.

..it's still a rats nest. That 13' clearance beyond the entrance made it obvious that you don't turn right on that street.
