FAT people are Discriminated against at prime

I have to call this like it is. You are fat and your roomie is fatter. If you continue the lifestyle you have you will die many years too soon. A large framed woman at 5'7" should weigh from 140 to 160 max. Do whatever you have to do to drop 30 pounds and stay healthy. Driving job be ######. I have left the industry 2 times to get back in shape. At 50 years old I am also 190, but I am 6 feet tall. I have gone up as high as 235. It sucks, and I know.
All of that being said, i know of quite a few websites that offer help and support if you have internet access on the road. Send me a private massage and I would be glad to forward them, as well as a couple of books that really help.

Well, when fmcsa get through with us, none of us fat boys and girls will be out here driving.

 

And think of it this way. They will have to retrain us or give us "fat people" disability. Or, they can let us work and coutine to pay our taxes, social security, and of course medicaid. And, with social security already going broke, how much since does that make?

 

So after 57 pages, the conclusion is?

Prime has a standard, someone didnt make the standard, and that makes prime a bad company for that? I think not.

Im 5'8" # 220lbs. According to BMI im obese. You look at me, you'd see otherwise. Do i have a gut, lil bit( i like beer ). The military says i have to pass the PT Test, in which is a standard......there are 660,000 members in the USAF currently, we all have to pass that standard, some can, some cant, some can ace it...some can pass by the skin of their teeth. But it is a standard, and we have to meet that standard in order to keep our jobs. Does that make the military a bad place cause you cant pass, no! I think it makes it better! Take pride in your work, take pride in your self and self image, you only get one, 1st impression.

 

So lose a few pounds you'll feel a whole lot better , i don't have anything against people who are over weight I'm quite thin myself but i don't judge a book by its cover however i can understand why a company would be prejudice against overweight people purely because of health and safety issues. Its like someone who has a long record of traffic violations or DUI would you blame a company for refusing to recruit them?

 

I'm 5'6" 217. If i cant get a job because of my BMI I have nobody to blame but myself. Instead of wasting energy complaining about Prime use that energy to work off the extra weight. I've done that very thing. Quit pulling an end dump and went to flatbed, quit eating crap in mcdonalds and stick to salad bars. Walk around the parking lot instead of playing on the computer. It works. I weighed 245 when I started pulling a flatbed.

Take up smoking or chewing; that tobacco burns off fat like crazy. And for some reason, there are plenty of companies that won't mind you polluting their new $100K truck.

 

Heroin and meth-amphetamine are also great for weight loss. Just watch out for those randoms though!
