    A very bad company to work for. You never know what your pay for a load is going to be from one load to the next. They tell you what you want to here so that you will be quite. I hauled a load for them and it paid extremely well, then when I did the same load again it paid very poorly, their reason, it must be a mix up from the company on the pay. Come to find out several weeks later that the company that I was working for had to drop their pay rates to compete with other trucking companies. Plus with this new CSA rules for the trucking industry, they did not want to fix what was wrong with the truck.

    This is a very small company, 15 full time employees and 5 O/Os according to their web site so how can communication be a problem? How do they pay their company drivers? by the load? mile? You need to fill in the gaps of the story. I am assuming you are a company driver sinse you mention them not fixing the truck. I am not questioning the facts but they are vague.
