Just read and pay attention in class, Was a nightmare for me....

 

It's all about comm with evryone at all times use your qualcom or you don't have a leg to stand on.... even then good luck.... Will not be seending anyone to JCT ...

 

Could you please elaberate, I am suppose to be there in March. Where I am at now is bad, just dont want to make a big mistake

 

Just wasn't a fit for me, might be for you...It's what your likes and dislikes are...I friends there still that are making it and happy... You have to make an educated decision on what you want from a Co. and your future...

 

Just be proactive in your communication with the DM and People in operations...Marty in DM is your best contact if your not happy with your loads, remember that if you cause waves you'll get waves... I caused to many waves and thus made it harder to communicate with my DM and made my future that much Harder....Look every Co. has It's ups and downs just be aware of your decisions and pay attention in class... I'm not going to brow beat anyone or point fingers.. In the End it's your actions that decide your future...Hope this Helps...

 

Not sure who your original post was pointed at, but you do realize that LMB has done VERY well at JCT for the past couple years, right?
