When I left Swift three years ago, I was told to just keep the CD card. Next week, back vacation pay and e few toll reimbursements were loaded on the card. Same when I left Prime. Any outstanding pay was loaded on the card for the next week. 45 days later, when they finally closed out my account and added up whatever they were "charging" me for, the card had already been deactivated. They sent me a check for the remaining balance.
So, yes, check that CD card for the next few weeks.
GOODBYE to Swift

I've often thought of doing that. Jokingly, I've told my DM that my dispatch showed 128 miles. Actuals would be at 144 miles. I told him I was at 128 on my trip meter and couldn't go any farther because I was only paid to drive 128 miles.
He told me not to pay attention to the red light that just flashed on my QC. It was just my service failure.
We got a good laugh out of it, but it really does suck, but you have to remember, none of us are forced to do what we do. Their house, their rules, you know?scottied67 Thanks this. -
That is one of the bones of contention with one of the L/O's lawsuits.
Yes, they signed the contract. Is it right? The courts will decide. -
I'm not saying it's right by any means. And I'm not saying not to fight for what you think is right.

Gotta pick you fights. I won't even bother. You'd probably be fired so fast your head would spin.
