You need to tell how you failed. There are major and minor things. What you done and another newbie done can be two totally different things.

First a trainer shouldn't cut you loose if you aren't ready. A company already invested alot in you. If they think additional training can remedy the situation, then I wouldn't see why they wouldn't give you an opportunity unless they thought you were a lost cause.

If it was something like curbing a tire, then don't give up. Apply to these other training companies and you might go back out with a trainer some more. The most they can say is no.

well my thread yesterday was about Central refridgerated and my experience there. This one is to find out if all the big starter carriers are doing what central is doing.

Just tell us the reason for the road test fail. If you know its on your DAC then it was an accident right? OK.
We don't give a sh1t about it but it will change how we would advise you getting on with another company. You can try to get it off your DAC, there are companies that specialize in doing that sort of thing. You can try smaller trucking companies in your area, some do not check DACs and you won't know who does and who doesn't until you call them. I would also advise you check your attitude at the door when coming onto this website, it doesn't help your cause, Zen was trying to help. He is a trucker from Atlanta, what do you expect.:biggrin_25514:

I just read your other thread. 6 weeks with a mentally depressed, incompetent trainer and you didn't call safety and jump to another truck?

I acknowlege that you got the shaft but you let it continue. Water under the bridge I guess.

Swift or CR, pick one, they are the only ones that might give you a shot. I would guess they will start as though you have not seen a truck before. You just need to start throwing apps out there and see what sticks.
