First of all my condolences to all that loved and knew this driver. Secondly, there must be zero tolerance for hit and run drivers.
Injun, bullhaulerswife, rocknroll nik and 5 others Thank this. -
Sigh......It is such a shame when someone is hurt or killed by someone's actions. Accidents can and do happen, but how can a person do such a thing as the hit and run driver has done? He deserves no mercy when he is caught.
xlsdraw and celadontrucking Thank this. -
oh no worries we do have several owner op's in that situation who own several trucks i dont see how they make any money with fuel and all the expenses. but that being said if you are a runner and you want to run legally and are a owner op i can run you, legally of course

yes i totally agree at first there was some discussion that maybe the driver didnt know he hit her, but now i feel thats not the case at all. i do hope they catch this driverxlsdraw Thanks this.

No driver deserves this no matter who you are, it does make it hurt more when practically the entire terminal knew her. she always made it a point to stop at our terminal when she was nearby to say hi and catch up on things. I am hoping i will be able to report he has been caught soonxlsdraw and Buckeye 'bedder Thank this.

i don't know how the driver could have kept on going i hope they catch the ####### and give him what he deserves!!! i can't wait to hear that he's been caught!!!
celadontrucking Thanks this. -
yes I agree how do you run over someone and just keep going? I do know this when the day comes and it will, he will pay dearly for what he has done

Yes, indeed a tragedy but I pray every day that things are turning for the better. We all need to do better and avoid this kind of stupid and senseless loss. As a driver, I commit myself every single day to be the best I can be and protect the people I care about-which is everyone . ...I am sorry that she has died . . .
celadontrucking Thanks this. -
It is a great tragedy and often trucks are moving too fast in the truck stops. After watching the video it is possible that the driver did not know he or her hit her. It does not show exactly what happened. Maybe the tapes given to the police will show something. When a driver hits a vehicle and trys to run other drivers tell about it on the radio. Giving truck numbers and info out. It is possible that no one saw it. Surely someone would have said something. If other drivers did not see it; maybe the driver did not see it. Hard to tell exactly what happened.
celadontrucking Thanks this.
