    Does anyone think she knows that a stores employees legally aren't allowed to open merchandise of electronic variety?

    Let alone view the videos/play the games they sell in the store unless they, themselves purchase it?

    Her Law Suite isn't going to go anywhere.

    She did purchase this Dora the Explorer video at a Toys R Us but NOT the same Toys R Us where she works. So, for this instance, she was just a regular customer.

    So how many Dora movies in that batch are pornos?

    It'd be the distribution company that creates the movies to ship to stores that's liable. Not Toy's R Us.

    Why?

    Because Toys R Us, is a retail store, a store designed to sell good produced by manufacturers of the products they sell.

    Meaning the company that created the product is at fault, not the store.

    Which is arguably why she went to an Attorney First.

    In unrelated news, sales of Dora the Explorer DVD's have gone through the roof. Single men between the ages of 18 and 82 have been the main demographic purchasing the videos.
