All I can report on it the one we went to just did urine - THC is stored in the fat cells though - so can register in a urine test up to 6 months - depending on quality and quantity - just so you know.

hello,my advice to you is to stay with the nursing field, its steady consistant pay with benifits and vacation etc.i know i worked healthcare when i was a little younger. Then go and get your cdl on your own and get a nice class a type of combination rv and truck like that.been in the indusrty awhile now and that is the best way i have seen to truck,i still truck but i am only interested in local jobs that pay hourly, mileage is a scam especially now with e logs.so i will get to truck out west again some day on vacation time with my own rv rig from my local deal.otr, regional is dead just a hunting ground for greedy company recruiters and dispatchers and ceo's etc.dont waste your time trust me get your own recreational truck keep the steady paying gig!

I was driving on I-80W in (PA) had my flasher on and was going about 45mph in snowy conditions and my tractor jacknifed and i went into the middle median and rolled my truck onto its side. I got a driving to fast for conditions ticket and let go from my company (thankfully noone was injured or any other driver/vehicle was hurt/damaged), i wanted to know
    1. If i can have the ticket reduced to a non-moving violation so it doesnt hurt my cdl and chances of getting another job?
    2. If so is there any lawyers/firms that have a good reputation out there that can help me?
    3. What are my chances of getting another job in the trucking industry prefrebly something local/hourly pay? (if i can get ticket reduced or if i cant

Rolling a truck over is not going to be good, when they do a background check. Every insurance company out there will know what you did. Snowing out, driving too fast for conditions, Lost control of a commercial vehicle. AND only 1 year experience. Best find a job on the docks. I dont think no one will consider you. You are now a high risk. I know you wont like hearing this, but Its a fact, You messed up. Now only time will get you by, but only 1 year driving a commercial vehicle, Will hold you back from getting a good job. Sorry to hear this.

I have a felony record that's pretty ugly, and had a bit of a rough go finding a decent job. I got a good job with a good company just recently, and want to thank everyone who came back with advise and encouragement.
What I learned from it is this....if I can get into a good job, so can you. Be persistent and , above all,be honest.

I have a felony record that is (trust me) way worse than a pot conviction. It took me about a month from graduating from truck driving school but i was able to secure a good job with a good company. My best advise....hide nothing. Be honest, and if/when the subject comes up, show them how you are now, speak intelligently, don't get defensive. What they want to see is that you're not a risk to them now. If I can do it, so can you.Good luck.

dam thanks for ur honesty Wargames i kinda had a feeling it was going to be very hard, i hired interstate trucker ltd. to plead my case they were the only ones i could find that could take my case in clearfield PA, they said there gonna try and get it down to a non moving violation, to keep the points and tickets off my record. Im gonna keep tring to get a local job driving here but in the meantime im gonna try other fields of work also. Thanks again for u input. p.s. cant figure out how to send a thank you, so ill just send it here Thanks again Wargames.
