Good luck to you Joker. You'll find lots of people on this board with good advice. Just make sure you do lots of research. This is something I knew I wanted to do from the age of two, and I grew up in it with my dad. If you're just starting to look into it, check out the posts about the companies I mentioned on this board. Lots of info.
If you do decide you really want to get into trucking, lots of the folks on this board, myself included, will support you 100% and give you helpful advice along the way. There are others who will come at it from a different angle. Don't get upset. They're not trying to discourage you, they just want to make sure you get into this with your eyes wide open.
Good luck and happy hunting.

For info on Stevens, go to the trucking company dac reports section of this thread and check out this "Stevens Transport Aviary". Very informative and you will get more answers.
You'll have better luck with that than waiting for one of them to stumble upon your thread. You'll also find threads on Maverick and USA Truck, but I believe, of the ones you named there, Stevens is the only one with a school/company sponsored training. If you're interested in Central Ref. that American-Trucker mentioned, check out the "Central Refridgerated Truck Stop".
