Me neither:biggrin_25513: and beer and flour don't get wet for very many loads before the shipper finds another company to run their freight.:biggrin_25510:

But if you like tying that stuff down and fighting the eliments, go for it, I respect you for it:biggrin_25514:, don't look for me doing it anytime soon:biggrin_25513:, my genes have to many lazys in them..:yes2557:

I love weather. Rain, snow, falling leaves (that's weather, darnit)... okay, not crazy about wind, but I like most of the rest of it.

I'm not sure Joe's gonna let me touch his tarps, though. I think I need special permission.

I just won't let him touch my sleeper. :biggrin_25513:

I just officially finished my application.

Wow, that was a lot of background stuff I had to think about. Being a gypsy for the last three years has not been such a good thing, employment-wise. It might make me a great trucker, though. I can sure hope.

    Lady K Thanks this.

Flatbedding is not as bad as most make it out to be... most people don't think about the fact that if you have to tarp a load it's because they don't want it to get wet, therefore, more often than not, you are going to be tarping indoors. Yes, there is an occasional time where you have to tarp in wind and maybe a little rain, but it really isn't that bad. I prefer being able to get out and do some actual work and being so darn lazy, lol.. You don't get enough exercise as it is driving a truck.

Well, if you weren't naturally lazy in the first place, you wouldn't have to flatbed to make up for it. *runs*
