anyone else have kreilkamp trucking stories,lets post them

I didn't get in there much cause I had a dedicated backhaul out of Allstate Legal. Greg and Kenny Johnson were there most weeks. They had Blue and red Petes with White spreads.

 

I knew them good...they were good guys......Greg stopped running for them I rememeber and Ken was still running.....They were really good guys.

 

We were the 3 amigos. Ran out & back together every week. Started pur careers at the same place. Migrated to the Big K together in 85. I went to D & G in 01 anf they followed a year later.

 

That's right! There were 3 brothers! Ken Greg & Steven? Or am I going crazy?

 

also remember Mark Hartle (good guy) "JB" Howard....The Struss brothers. LLoyd Buca<-no sure if spelled right.Bob Heinson....was a good guy also...poor guy was in need of a shower & The Kreilkamps told him to use a hose in the back of the loading dock....lol....

I know Mary in dispatch....She can really load the trucks....

 

Yup, Steven was there too. he didn't run with us much though. He just passed away a couple months ago. Diabetes and liver disease

 

Mark is retired now and JB and I have the two sister 379's that were aquired in the Diamond purchase.

 

I left there in 03 when I sold the truck to try my hand at retail. I was on Liz's board, but did a lot with Mary too

 

Mary was my dispatcher at Coldway Food Express and at Kroblin when I still had my reefer..
I'll bet you know some of Big Daddy's boy's from Badger Frieght.....
