I worked in the Swedesboro NJ facility. Arizona had voted for Union Representation with the Teamsters. I was there for almost four years and there was a lot of discussion about supporting the Arizona Distribution Center.

I can tell you this about US Foodservice. They will work your butt off. You are often faced with difficult deliveries taking food down steps or across a busy kitchen. They push their drivers very hard (More than any Company I ever worked). Every Phone call ended with, "hurry up and get back here". Nearly every morning started with, "Hurry up and get going".

It's a competitive operation in a rough aspect of Transportation. If you can take a lot of stress, have the Physical desire to work hard, it's a good job. I assure you, working at US Foodservice, especially as a Delivery Driver, you will face a lot of tough issues. Traffic, Employer, Customers, the Customer's Customers. It's a lot of stress. However, they pay very well. The only company I made more money with is Mclane.

Pheonix is going through a lot, from what I have seen. Meaning, there is a lot of tension between the workers and the Company right now.

    Hope that helps.
