Can someone please explain to me what Companys are refering to when they use the expression "Customer Paid Accessorial Charges" and what is usually included ? Thanks for any information !

Demurrage would be the most prominent. Possibly tarping is you work for a carrier that has detailed invoicing and gives full amounts to their O/O's.

Yeah, anything extra, besides the freight rate, such as tarping, detention pay, extra drops, in the moving industry, everything is extra. Long carry, stairs, packing and more.

Ok, So if a company states they pay "Some" Accessorial Charges but are very veg on which catagories they pay on....OR....Companys that state they will pay a percentage of accessorial charges ei. 80%, what happens to the other 20 % ? Does the company (you are leased to) just pocket the other 20 % that the customer paid ?

If it's demurrage or tarping WHY would they need anything unless they are supplying something which at 80% I doubt they are.
