    I guess there needs to be a newer more technologically named version of Chicken Little. I have read/heard several of these warnings in the past few years. Yes what they say is true and possible, but none of them have (yet) had the terrible consequences predicted. They are a good way to anticipate auroral light shows though.

    my bank account got screwed up. Everything I was buying with my debit card couple days ago got double posted, meaning I got charged twice. my bank blamed it on solar flares.
