Any of you Prime guys have email addresses to any of the recruiters there? Everything on their site leads to phone numbers and I just dont like getting on the phone with recruiters until I get some of the initial information I am after. If any of you current Prime guys have any contact like this please let me know. I have questions i want to ask but dont feel like getting trapped in on a call yet.

What do you need to know? I really wouldn't consider any of the recruiters the type to "trap" one on the phone...

Fill out an app online and submit it. A recruiter will email you back.

I recently received an email from one of Prime's recruiters. She has been real easy to speak with both on the phone and digitally in emails.

Filling out the PreApp did not obligate me and gave me a basis to guide the conversation(s) which the recruiter was happy to let me do.

I am strongly considering coming on board with Prime. I have heard good and bad, just like any other company that has a large fleet to nurse along.

In my conversations, she never tried pushing any agenda other than working with me to fit my needs. She explained in detail any question posed her, unlike many other recruiters who argue, tap dance etc... She has been straight up, considering that what she has said cooberates with what I have been reading while lurking about this forum.

60 percent of all new businesses fail within the first year according to to the small business administration. Leasing a truck is a high risk investment compared to buying a McDonalds Franchise.

That's why a newb doesn't need a stinkin' lease contract - and it doesn't matter what carrier you're thinking of doing that with. Spend some time on the company side first, and get some business education first.

Flatbed is where I am thinking of going should I decide that Prime is best for my self and family.

Well it does look like Prime is my best option thus far. So it looks like we may see each other out there, ExplorerGA.

Not sure when I will be going in for orientation and run with someone, hopefully the week after next if I planned properly.
