do you ever get home through macon,ga ?might be looking to get home more often. How often do you get by the house?
-
Wes, I personaly hardley ever come back through Macon. When I head home to FL I usually come down 95 or down through Bama. But we do have a driver that lives in Valdosta, so I dought it would be a problem. As far as gettin home, it just depends on the loads. I've been home everyweekend sometimes 3-4 in a row, but I've never been out longer than 2 weeks.

I'm looking to move from Pittsburgh to the Cartersville, GA area, so I called CDJ to inquire about a job since I knew they hired out of northern GA. I talked to Chad, he's the "C" in CDJ. He's super nice and is trying to work with me to get me down there so I can do what I have to to get the job and move to GA, so I have no clue why anyone would say Chad, or anyone there, would have an attitude with someone trying to apply for a job there. They all have been nothing but nice to me. Maybe, that one cat just had a bad attitude to begin with to get a nasty response from them.
But, the only issue is this, my ol' lady doesn't want me to be gone during the week after moving to a place where she doesn't really know anyone. So if you GA guys could give me some info on a couple companies down there, I'd really appreciate it. I'd be between Chatanooga and Atlanta right on I-75. Not sure what companies would be in the area without getting down there and trying to shop around the smaller outfits that you can't always find on the good ol' Internet.
