Can you still run with the 'bingo card' system? I'd like to only license for 2, possibly 4 states, but do not want to deal with apportionment. I thought that bingo cards were extinct until I saw one the other day.

Wow-there's a term I haven't hear in a while! Not sure it's called that(or offically ever was LOL) but anyway--not sure how it would work--but I do see some delivery trucks(especially at philly mkt) baseplated in PA w/NJ fuel sticker on doors--the pa base are apportioned tags though--(so I'm guessing it is cheaper for them to just buy the jersy fuel sticker)Wish I could tell you more-other than I have seen it--I see you are from Wy--and guessing u just run(or want to)couple of nearby states?

Where did you see a bingo card? A bingo card was carries in your permit book. Are you thinking of a waffle plate? These were plates divided into little squares where you attached the stickers from the various states. In any event they are no longer used.
Unrelated but I have pictures of my old trucks with 11 plates and 8 decals from various states.Caterpillar Cowboy Thanks this. -
Just license your apportionment plate for the two or four states you want. If you need to add states later just call and have them added and they e-mail or fax you a new cab card, its that easy.
