So I want to get into driving sprinter vans. Any one know how to break into the expediting business? Or any one know of any companys that will hire you without needing a CDL?

Check out Fedex Custom Critical...Tristate..or check out expediting forums. All have contractors and most keep a list of them.We drove for FECC for a couple of years, and really enjoyed it.Big difference in OTR for big trucks. If willing to purchase a new sprinter, check out Load 1,appears to be a really good company with a owner who is on one of the expediting forums.

Yes stay away from All Types Expediting. If you lack the experience, I reccommend driving for a fleet owner in their Sprinter to make sure this type of trucking is for you! If after 6mos-1yr it's for you, then research the different carriers out there. From what I've heard and read in other forums, Load 1 and its owner John Elliott are a great company to lease on with. He has some cargo vans, but now only accepts sprinters or cube trucks. I know he has a few automotive accounts where all they want is a sprinter or cube because of its heighth requirement. The only thing I will say good about All Types is their website is very informative to research information on getting into expediting.
