    I got a DUI 15 years ago with a 6 month driving suspension. Can they find it that far back?

    There was a job posted that I wanted to apply for but it said no DUI's from the past 20 years.

    Yes they can find it that far back. However, if you don't have your CDL yet, see if your state allows for expungement for something that old. It is worth some legwork if you can get that off your record.

    alot of companies will let you on with an old dui. Don't try to hide it, cause there gonna find it.

    With only one, and it being that old, you should be able to find places that will take you. There are some companies that won't take any DUI's, but there are plenty that will.

    Pull a copy of your MVR,

    depending where the DUI was issued,

    it may or may NOT show up !!!!

    Some place's are 5 years some 7 but iv'e never heard 20! i had one 7 years ago and got a job with crst, swift is 5 i believe,but you shouldn't have any problems finding a job with just one being 15 years old.

    Unless you need to cross into Canada lol. That may be the reason for 20 year caution on that company.
