I've found that most don't have the right attitude coming into trucking. It is what it is. Trainees have complexes about stuff like they have to drive more than the trainer or he makes me work even when its not my turn to drive...that's kinda the point, isn't it? You need as much training as that trainer can possibly give you and trucking is not a 9 to 5 job. If you can't handle more than a couple hours of work, this is not the job for you. Also, everybody is different, yeah there may be some trainers out there that just don't care, but I personally know a lot of them that do an excellent job and are always presentable and professional about their job. Mind you I don't work for Werner but I have known many trainers from many different companies.

WAIT A MINUTE......it's not a 9 To 5 job....someone should have told me...years ago! If I would have known that I would have gone into the golf business!

Was this video filmed at a Werner Orientation? Notice the class members!
