Driving test

Will they hire someone with 6yrs OTR exp, but has been off the road since 03 ?

 

Well Saterday i'll be on my way to springfield oh for orentation on monday, hows the driving test there?

 

We leave Tuesday morning from Southeast Oklahoma to go to orientation with USX. Looking forward to it. Hubby has drove since I have and the only think I am worried about is my pre-trip. I'm not worried about driving, and just a little about my backing. Lord willing and the creek don't rise we will be in a truck this next week. Anxious about the situation!

Well, got the call this morning just before I called to set up and confirm everything for orientation, said that a safety issue came back on my DAC that I had to call PAM and try to find out what it was. Come to find out it was in regards to a work comp claim that I had against the company and it was stated that, "must clear work comp before dispatch." Could someone explain how that is a safety issue? lol When I spoke to PAM they said there were no safety issues on my file ie: no tickets, no log violations; no drive issues. I have disputed this with DAC to get it off my record. Should know something this afternoon on if we get to go to Dallas this week. Will let ya know how it turns out.
