Geez! Can you count your ribs yet? If so, you need to eat more.

    I am confused.

Your body description is only slightly a bmi problem. BMI is a joke.

Your picture shows a person who is basically just skin and bones.

Your first post describes yourself as a person worried about being diabetic and over weight.

You state you are always eating and craving food.

I have to lean toward an eating disorder such as an anorexic. This is not something that women only get.

If you are eating constantly and not gaining any weight, hyperthyroidism could be a problem.

It would be in your best interest to contact a doctor and discuss this in detail.

    Injun Thanks this.

Allow me to clarify. I was 240-265 since 1991. I came down with symptoms that upon my research looked like diabetes. FYI I was a candy eater for 36 years. Daily. I took steps to get healthy. Then, at Christmas I started eating like I used to. This thread hs helped me to regain control of that eating. I have pics I'm gonna post from the last year. ... Standby.

Being in this truck can blow a man up. I dont want that, but once I start eating a bunch, its hard to control.

The telling thing is both "before" pics were sitting down.

Anorexia is a perception problem, which I believe you have. You are in denial. I don't know you. I can't help you. But you looked pretty healthy before.

I'm through with this. *walks off muttering to self*

I don't think the guy looks unusually skinny...He looks pretty friggin normal to me!

Oh sure....Drop him into a truckstop where 500 pound behemoths are considered normal and he looks pretty thin but in "the real world" he looks fine to me.

I have to disagree with sammycat, about eating from all of the food groups. If you do research on gluten, you'll see that grains really should be avoided. If you do research on what is in your dairy nowadays(puss, blood, massive amounts of antibiotics), you'll avoid dairy. Fruits are nothing but sugars. Yes, they have vitamins, but so do vegetables, which are much healthier for you.

Rocky64, my suggestion is you pick up a book called The 4 Hour Body by Timothy Ferriss. Eat the way that is described in there, and you'll find you'll have little bodyfat in no time, loads of energy, and any of your levels that you want to get tested will more than likely be back to normal ranges.
