overweight tickets

    YES In essence they loaned you the money for the sake of getting the fine paid and letting you move on with the load, However the overweight fine is deemed to be YOUR fault , for not making sure the weights were legal So that fine is yours and legal to be deducted from your pay.The company did nothing wrong,

    In Texas the shippers are making drivers take illegal overweight loads. That HEB trucks are now on the Texas DOT list to weight all HEB trucks, that Texas DOT thinks all these HEB trucks are overweight.

    Shippers don't make drivers take anything...the drivers chose to make those decisions.
