I'd be willing to bet, with all that fructose, your iron levels are probably through the roof, and your albumin levels will be high. Albumin binds to testosterone and renders it inert(not good for us guys).

Doctors can only give you basic guidelines at best, and are some of the most pig headed people to get to realize that they don't always know what's best for someone.

Want to know what works best for you? Go get a bunch of bloodwork done. Then, make some changes for a month(be consistant with your changes), and get your bloodwork redone. That's the only way you'll know what actually works for you, and what doesn't.

I guess you didnt read the beginning of this post, I started by saying my triglycerides was at 440 and cholesterol at 230. I did have all my blood work done and everthing was great except for these two and a couple of other were slightly and I mean SLIGHTLY high due to my triglycerides been so high.

    rocknroll nik Thanks this.

I read it. I'd be willing to bet you never asked your doctor to test you for things like iron and albumin, and most doctors don't order that for bloodwork. High fructose also increases your total cholesterol and your LDL.

Tell you what, drop sugars(meaning processed AND natural) for a month, and get retested, and see what the levels are.

Fructose causes increases in iron absorption(which, at excessive levels, can be toxic), as well as increasing something called albumin within your body. Albumin will attach itself to testosterone, and basically shut it down. Testosterone makes you a manly man. A man lacking testosterone starts having all sorts of problems.
