Truckers have thier share of whiners and crybabies like all proffessions...I allways thought it was frustration from being on the road lonely and away from family and friends and a lack of good steady sex frankly...seriously...
what am i suppose to think?

A bunch of whiners happens for a reason. Since most drivers don't stay with a company more than two years, there is a large pool of job applicants. Unfortunately there are a whole bunch of companies that take advantage of that situation. Use em and abuse em. If they don't like it, let em quit and hire the next one in line.
You can tell the legitimate complaints from the flamers. Either way, a large amount of complaints means something. But a large company equals more complaints. There is no miracle company for a newbie. You have to pay your dues at any of them. A bad trainer or bad dispatcher is not the whole company. -

Most new drivers cannot figure out the three things one needs to know about trucking and how to make it work FOR them.
1. No Rules: nonsense like "I don't drive at night", "I won't haul pork" & "I need to be home every Wednesday" will kill your paycheck.
2. Availability: Do you have hours ? Drive them.
3. Attitude: You may not like your load assignment but keep it to yourself. Give your dispatcher a reason to not call you and they won't. Drive with your mouth shut. Get a stuffed animal on your dash and tell it why you hate your assignment.
Unless you work for "Lil' Princess Freight Lines" you better be ready to roll when the phone rings (QC blips) or whatever your trigger mechanism is.
Whiners and complainers want without the "give" portion of the bargain.
However, some whiners truly got messed over by their employer. However, not getting a run in three days after you called your Dispatcher a Fuzzy ##$!##$ not a reason to say THE COMPANY sucks.
Answer phone. Say "Thank You". Put on shoes. Run. -

There is a big difference from crying, and being pizzed off becouse you were jacked by a lying conartist recruiter and needing someplace to vent your anger among other people who understand it. Kinda goes with trying to help other people so they dont make same mistakes you made.

That was better than what was available in my previous career of 30 years in land surveying. yes it was related to construction.
