Having worked in a state facility that housed sex offenders I was warned as a newbie that maybe reading the files on these "patients" (political corrdct term, go figure politics) would churn my mind. I did read and it did churn. There are offenders that have done wayyyyyyy worse than this guy. Granted I stick with my first words on this post. Back in 2007 it would cost every single person (kids to senior citizens) in Minnesota $15.00 a day to keep these offenders locked up. These offenders exist.
