Electrical problems

Hello everyone new here I'm a O/O with 24 years trucking..
Hope some one can help me. I replace my alternator and 4 battery's. Up to a few days ago everything was fine. Now the charging system shows 14.5 volts but my interior lites are dim to very dim. The system bearly charges my phone with the truck off.
Even with the truck running the interior lighting is dim along with my cb. My head lites and exterior lighting seam to be fine. I took the truck back to Petro they found 1 bad new battery, that seem to help for about 250 miles and it started all over again.
Anyone have any ideas. I recheck all the connections and grounds , everything looks good. (help). It's a 06 freightliner w/cat engine.
