    doubt it, they were trying to use that excuse to strongarm the drivers into accepting concessions. it didn't work though, and mike krohn's plan backfired on him when they took him to court and handed his ### to him. that sign will be there forever, look at that area, there is a TON of industrial property for sale, and it doesn't move.
