Ladydrifter you are wrong on that one!!!! You definitely can get a haz-mat with a felony as long as it isn't a disqualifying felony. Some of those include kidnapping, murder, treason, etc. Drugs charges and theft require a 7 year wait. Google haz-mat requirements and you will see. THANKS

As bluboi wrote, as long as it isn't a disqualifying felony (which are really hardcore) you can get a hazmat, twic, even as FAST card for Canada (canada requires you meet certain parameters, but it can be done)
