I didn't do their stress test, you don't do that until orientation. I just had the regular DOT physical that is required to drive. It is your basic physical. They check your sight, hearing, blood pressure, if you can touch your toes and then they squeeze your nuts.

If you are not too limber it does not take long to stretch muscles. Just start off doing 10 toe touches every day and move up to 20 after a week and do the same with squats, 10 then 20. It will probably take you from 3-5 minutes to complete this daily and I will bet even at your size you'll be touching your toes, not 2 or 3 inches away, within 2 weeks.

    Zangief Thanks this.

To get to the T/A In Albaqaky You need to get on the I25 outer rd on the NE qaudrant of I40/I25 turn east on Menaul then left on University it will be on your left. Was not to bad after figuring out all the different ways you could actually get in there. keep safe .

thanks for the TA help smithd, I will try to find it on google maps so I can get a feel for the direction if I happen to be in the area again.

A pretty easy day today. Not much to speak of as eastern NM, western, TX ain't filled with too much scenic landscape:) Made it to Wichita Falls tonight at the FJ. US187 is a pretty decent drive, a few small towns along the way were you have to slow down a bit but all in all not too bad. Hitting US82 tomorrow and hoping for the same although no big deal if alot of stop and go as I have plenty of time to get to the Lowes DC and then on to Shreveport for the beginning of some Mardi Gras celebration:)

Still sitting here in Shreveport waiting on the truck to get fixed. All I know is it has something to do with at least the power divider. I think they finally got her in the shop this morning. Just glad I have a friend in Shreveport to stay with during this ####.

Just a truck problem. Pulled out of the FJ on Monday morning and got about 1 mi down the road when it seems the transmission just went out. Got it towed in and took them 4 days to get parts and repair it but just made the best of some extra days off with some afternoon fires and cooking at a friends place. Forgot how nice it is to be off work for 7 days in a row:)
Picking up a load today in Texas and rolling back to Alabama with it. Hoping to miss the rain.

Fairly easy day today although it did take 2.5 hours to get loaded. Decided to stop a bit early at the Petro in Jackson so I could get a small hose replaced that has been leaking air. Got a preplan to dead head back to Memphis tomorrow from Birmingham to relay a load up to Louisville for Monday morning so all in all a pretty good weekend of running.

Posting a link to my Roehl numbers since last May for any newbies looking to get an idea of what to expect. February was by far my worse month numbers wise as I got stuck in Oklahoma in the storm and I had 8 days off. I am including the 4 days of breakdown as home time as I was staying with a friend and not stuck on the road somewhere. Hoping March will be much better.

Rolling along pretty well. Managed to fix my leaking air hose myself along with having to reinsert one of my wires in the pig tail this morning before heading out. Sitting in Louisville tonight and just polished off some grilled cod, cajun sausage and broccoli. Got a preload picking up about 10 miles from here tomorrow and heading to Marinette, WI which is a little north of Green Bay along the lake. Got to deal with Chicago and Milwaukee but other than that should be a decent run.
