1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

My wife and I are looking for a job as a team. We are currently working for a company that has us running coast to coast weekly. The pay is not that great. We are looking to work for an O/O that has a good lease in the southeast north carolina area

Have you tried CFI/Conway or Celadon for teams?

If Landspan told you that then you must be running your butt off where you are at. I use to drive for them the reason I left is because I jusat flat out got burnt out We ran 7000 miles a week every week,

As a team we where running out of hours and would have to shut down maybe just for a few hours until midnite and the pay was great..

I am just courious why do people want to work for a O/O Is it because all the companies are turning down the trucks, and they want a chicken truck...:biggrin_25526:

I drive team--not a thing about a chicken truck-totally childish. Yes we did run out of hours, but, gentlemen and ladies, log it like you run it and guess what, those problems won't exist. By the way, if you for one minute, on a fatality, don't think they can track your whereabouts, you are wrong. Lots of cameras, can track you back!!
