    1992 T-600:
Remanned 3406B 425 with approx. 300,000 miles.Unable to verify with previous owner-paperwork or miles, but truck goes 12,000 between oil changes without adding any oil.
    Remanned transmission,same miles,same story.14609b-9 speed.Quiet and shifts great.
    Eaton 402 rears 3.70 ratio.Tight and quiet.
11r24.5 yokahama drives better than 50% tread left.Ten aluminum wheels.
New brakes all around.4 new airbags on an 8-bag system.
    New alternator,starter solenoid,batteries.
    Recored radiator.
    New windshield.
    Aluminum toolbox between framerails.
Aerodyne sleeper with 2 beds.Dual exhaust.
I`m sure I am forgetting something.Truck has been well maintained since I purchased in March2010.Truck averaged 6.2 mpg until cold weather, now its about 5.7.
Not intersted in trading, financing, leasing or any lowball offers.Don`t really want to sell it but will as soon as someone meets my price.Truck will soon need about $1,100 of rear suspension bushing work(retail price on a verbal estimate) and a steer tire soon.Needs a matching set of seats.Thats pretty much it.Looks very good for its age.I have started buying custom parts to redo this truck if no one meets my price before spring.....$$$ 16,500.....FIRM.Will upload pics soon

Hello rjones56 : I got to tell you that a 92 kw t600 was one of the best trucks ever built and if you look around you will see that it is a very rare occasion when a truck like yours comes up for sale . Better than 80% of all 92 kw t600 sleeper trucks are still on the road and they are not for sale cause the owner/drivers love em .these new pos egr/scr trucks are junk but just remember the technology you will be able to buy in a few years will be epa compliant and very user friendly good luck.....

Been asked twice in the last month if mine was a "gold nuggat" but haven`t found out any info. There is a place on the dash that is missing a tag,and it has a regular steering wheel. One driver said it should have a prospector on the steering wheel. Can`t find anything yet on KW 1992 golden nuggat.Anybody else heard of these?

I think it is a limited edition interior package and a couple badges. I don't know a whole lot about it though.

From what I am finding the "Gold Nugget" was a special edition limited production model that was made in different models and different years. I found something that said you could call KW with your vin and they could tell you if it is in fact.

I`m not finding anything with a 1992 but did find pictures of a 1981 W900 gold nugget. My truck has almost the same paint scheme.I`ve been trying to resize some pictures to upload but I`m too stupid to resize them, evidently. Will get in touch with Kenworth this week and see what they tell me before I start changing the truck.
Have 2 pictures in album.trying to post them.
