1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

We are coming up on a year old. We are trying to do this the right way by growing slowly. We just had our first DOT audit a few weeks ago and we did not lose one single point. Safety is our main goal. We want folks that go home to their family safely. We believe in transparency. You will be shown what you are paid on and what you are paying for insurance.

Everything we have is paid for including the Pete. I have not been to a mall in over 20 years. We have been on one vacation in almost 7 years of being together. That was only because we had foster children that had never been to the beach and we knew that when they went back home it would not likely happen then. What I am trying to say is that we are not looking to get rich off of your hard work. Every decision made in this company will have the driver at the very center of that decision. We will have no more than 10 trucks as we never want to get to a place that a driver is a number instead of a human being with wants and needs.

I am the dispatcher for the company. I have been on the road enough to know what it is like out there. There will be NO forced dispatch. You may choose wherever you want to run and we will do our absolute best to get you home every weekend. I will work as hard for you as I do for my husband. I do not haul cheap freight and I do not haul freight cheaply. I refuse to contribute to the abuse of the carriers.

We belong to NASTC and OOIDA and we have an excellent fuel program. We never pay the price on the Marquee. We pay cost plus 4. We always have a heads up the day before whether fuel will be higher or lower the next day.

We have decent rates with our insurance company however it is because they have a very strict policy. 3 years experience in the last three years and no tickets in that time frame. As far as felony's or misdemeanor's we can talk about that. I believe that folks deserve a second chance in life. On that note, we will not accept any drug or alcohol violations while on duty. We belong to a consortium and failure to comply will be an automatic dismissal.

We are out of Cartersville, GA. We would like to have someone fairly close by but will consider anyone that meets our safety requirements. We love to have cookouts and want our employee's to be a part of the family. We will be doing family outings at our local park where the kids can play and go swimming. Yes, you grownups too!

I know all to well that the one thing you have the most of out there on those long and often lonely roads is time. Time to think about how much you love or how much you hate the company you work for. We want to be that company that you love to work for. I will always listen to what you have to say and solve any problem in the best way I can.

If you want to talk please PM me or email me at [email protected]
