greatwide presented us what seemed like a great opportunity... we even got most of the information in writing, met the operations manager twice and discussed the position in person... then it happened, on day one of new job, we find out that we were lied to about several things... so drivers beware, and get everything in writing before leaving your present job... we've been around a while and worked for different companies, but never felt outright lied to... do they really think that we'll continue to work for them for very long?? How could anyone work for someone who lied to them.

 

so, after being with greatwide for a while now, we can say that the little misunderstandings we had after day one are all definitely little things we can live with while working for a good company, great pay and benefits, and good people to work with... i think that job change is always a little stressful, and week one i caught the flu, but things have really run smoothly since then and we think we made a good choice... good team jobs are hard to find, the big companies with revolving doors that still keep contacting us may be right for some drivers, but we feel that we hit the jackpot and found the perfect job for us... we plan on being here for maybe the rest of our driving career... so hope this helps with anyone looking at greatwide as a possible employment option... good luck
